ASTON, NEWTOWN, LOZELLS AREA ACTION PLAN - PREFERRED OPTIONS CONSULTATION
The preparation of the Area Action Plan (AAP) is now at the important stage of the Preferred Options public consultation.
The formal consultation will run from
21st September 2009 to 6th November 2009.
Once again, you have a chance to influence the development of a long-term plan for the area of Aston, Newtown and Lozells by submitting your comments here!
Here is what you have to do:
1. If you would like to read and comment on the Preferred Options Report on-line, please choose the option 'Aston-Newtown-Lozells AAP Preferred Options Report' below. This will give you a chance to read and comment in full on the Preferred Options Report. This gives more choices to make comments within the sections of the document and proposals that are not covered in detail in the comments form.
2. If you only want to complete the questionnaire without reading the full Preferred Options Report, please choose the option 'Aston-Newtown-Lozells AAP Comments Form' below. The comments form covers only the key proposals so if you would like to read and comment on the full document please choose option 'Aston-Newtown-Lozells AAP Preferred Options Report'.
3. You will be requested to either log in using your existing details or register in order to submit your comments on-line. Please select Register from ‘Login/Register’ menu at the top of the page and follow the instructions.
4. Once you complete your comments, they will be submitted automatically to the AAP Consultation Team, where they will be registered. You should receive an automated email confirming that.
Data Protection
Your comments are valuable and in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998 they will only be used for the purpose of the Area Action Plan to help us develop a better Aston, Newtown and Lozells.
Comments and responses will be made publicly available but only in anonymous format i.e. no-one will know what you said.
