Bordesley Park AAP- Options Report Consultation

 

This page allows you to view the questionnaire prepared to help you express your views on the AAP Options Report.

 

The comments form is designed to support the consultation which will run from WEDNESDAY 17^TH AUGUST TO MONDAY 31st OCTOBER 2011 (please see our main website for further details).

 

You can access the AAP Options Report under the 'Supporting documents' tab below.

 

Here is what you have to do:

• To take part you have to either sign in using your existing details or register by clicking the Login/Register" button above.

 

• Once you've done that, a  "Start Survey" button will appear below. Please click on it to launch the comments form.

 

• Once you complete your comments, your answers will be submitted automatically to the Consultation Team, where they will be registered. You should receive an automated email confirming this.

 

Data Protection

Your comments are valuable and in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998 they will only be used for the purpose of the Area Action Plan to help us develop a better Bordesley Park.

 

Comments and responses will be made publicly available but only in anonymous format i.e. no-one will know what you said.
