LOCAL DEVELOPMENT SCHEME 2012

The Local Development Scheme (LDS) is a three-year project plan, which sets out the progress of Local Development Documents (LDDs) within the Local Development Framework (LDF) for Birmingham. The LDF will in time replace the Birmingham Unitary Development Plan (UDP).

This is the third full review of the LDS for Birmingham, which covers the period from 2011 to 2014. The LDS is the first point of reference for information regarding the City Council’s programme of existing and proposed planning documents.
